Our items, being customized, are not in stock but are produced just in time.

How can I check the status of my order?

You can make purchases in the following ways:

What should I do when the courier arrives?

1. Check the customer's name on the package;

2. Check the number of packages which must correspond to that indicated on the delivery note;

3. check the condition of the packages, indicating the presence of any bumps, crushed corners, holes;

4. check the exact correspondence of the products between what was delivered and what you ordered.

If the shipment is not compliant:

a) report imperfections to the courier;

b) contact customer service within 5 working days of delivery by sending an email to spedizioni@pictaolens.com

Can I specify a destination address other than the billing address?

Yes of course, it is possible to associate a billing address and a shipping address to your profile.

Are shipping costs included for deliveries abroad?

No, for shipments outside Italy the costs are not included. For more details write an email to spedizioni@pictaolens.com.

Is it possible to change the delivery address when the shipment is in progress?

Yes, it is possible to change the delivery address before entrusting the product to the courier.

What happens if I am not at home at the time of delivery?

In case of absence on delivery, the courier will leave a notice to signal the passage. He will make a second attempt in the following days and in case of non-delivery the product will be collected at the branch.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are included in the price of the item for deliveries made in the Italian territory.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery times are approximately 7-10 working days from receipt of payment.

How can I return a purchased product?

You have 10 working days to make a return. The product must be intact, packed in its original packaging and complete with all accessories. It is not possible to return custom-made or personalized items.

The product is "made in Italy".

How long does the perfume last?

The perfume lasts about 30 days. However, it is possible to order the refill.

What are the dimensions of the pictures?

The paintings are available in 3 different standard formats:

- Small: width: 38.7 cm; depth: 3.0 cm; height: 38.7 cm.

- Medium: width: 52.7 cm; depth: 3.0 cm; height: 52.7 cm.

- Large: width: 94.7 cm; depth: 3.0 cm; height: 94.7 cm.
